What we don't do yet

Iron Cactus is Not a Licensed Contractor. We handle small repair and maintenance work under $1,000 that doesn't require a permit.

That means water heaters, water softeners and reverse-osmosis systems, repiping, slab leaks, and main line work are outside what we can take on today. Our Arizona ROC license is in process, and those services will follow. Until then, if you call us for one of them we'll say so plainly and point you toward someone reputable — no wasted trip, no runaround.
